Here are step by step instructions for replacing a trackball. We have a few different tools to help you. Please note the following video & then below the video are more in-depth visual and copy aids to guide you seamlessly thru it!

Starting from this step in the cleaning article (step 8)
Unplug the wires from the PCBA
Cut zip tie
Remove broken trackball
Plug in the new track ball to the PCBA
Screw the track ball into the control deck (4 screws)
Put the control deck cover back on (7 screws)
Put control deck back on the cabinet (4 screws)
Plug in ribbon cable to control deck (M)
Put back panels on
Plug in and turn on
READY TO PLAY
