Coverage Duration
Basic Fun offers a standard 90-day warranty from the date of purchase for Arcade Classics products that are part of the Supreme, Ultra, and Counter series. This warranty applies only to unmodified units purchased through authorized retailers and is valid for the original purchaser only. It does not cover units that have been altered or modified in any way.
What’s Covered
Basic Fun warrants our products to be free and clear of defects in the materials and workmanship, under normal use and conditions, for a period of ninety (90) days (or a period of one hundred and eighty (180) days if the product is properly registered) from the original date of product purchase.
Our warranty protects against defects that interfere with product assembly or normal gameplay functionality. It does not cover cosmetic wear and tear, improper maintenance, self-repair, tampering, user-inflicted damage, issues resulting from modifications or misuse, or non-manufacturing related causes. Wood is not covered. In the event of an issue with your wood panel/s, please exchange at the point of purchase for a new cabinet.
Exchanges due to damages or dysfunction caused by shipping must go through the authorized retailer where the product was purchased.
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the product. Any transfer of ownership voids the warranty. When returning or exchanging items, you must send back, as applicable, all indicated item(s) in their original packaging, including shipping boxes, and follow any additional instructions provided by Basic Fun. Failure to follow these instructions may invalidate the warranty and/or result in additional fees.

Extended Warranty Information
Basic Fun offers a complimentary 90-day extended warranty - for a total of 180 days of coverage from the date of purchase for unmodified units purchased through authorized retailers - when you register your product with us. This extended coverage is valid only for original purchases and does not apply to units that have been altered in any way. The extended warranty must be activated through our product registration process.

Submitting a Warranty Claim
To file a warranty claim, please reach out to our support team by submitting a ticket here. Basic fun will review each warranty claim, and if the issue is subject to the product warranty, Basic Fun will, in its sole discretion, cover repair or replacement of the defective product.
