WWE Counter Series Firmware Update

Please feel free to use this firmware to update your WWE Counter Series if you need the following:

1. Press A+B buttons simultaneously in WWE Wrestlefest game and WWE Superstars = DASH
2. Press A+B buttons simultaneously in Super Dodgeball = JUMP
3. Jim Duggan's sprite while playing with Hulk Hogan
4. If you feel your screen could be brighter
