If your Arcade will not turn on - please try these steps below & if they do not turn on your machine, please submit a support ticket:
1.) Unplug & re-plug it in - if that doesn't work - try to plug into a different outlet
2.) Please do not use an extension cord - plug it directly into the wall
3.) Please make sure that the green light on part P2 is lit up when you plug it into the wall
4.) Please re-check all of your cords that you have now plugged in and that they are tight and in the correct position
5.) Make sure that your P1 cord is plugged into your P2 cord
