How to check and reset button wiring to PCBA ports.
- Try and turn on machine to check if everything else is working correctly
- Does the marquee turn on
- Does the screen and volume work
- Does the joystick move the selection on the game selection screen
- If you cannot select a game, then you have a bad button
- Turn off and unplug machine
- Take off the back panels
- Unplug all wires from the PCBA on the back of the screen as well as the ribbon cable to the control deck
- Unscrew the control deck from the cabinet
- Take control deck out of cabinet and flip over
- Take the 5 screws off on the back holding the plastic covering
- Check the wiring of your button before unplugging anything
PLEASE FIND THE PCBA PORT CONNECTION
Use this wire diagram and reconnect the buttons wires correctly.
Rebuild the cabinet and try again
